The Referral Club - about us

Since 2007 the Referral Club has successfully held twice monthly Referral Club meetings and over the years we have helped numerous businesses do more business and to do it better. The Referral Club is not a business. We are not trying to sell anyone any products or services. In fact the only benefits the people that run the Referral Club get are exactly the same benefits every one of our members receive... that we all develop relationships with other like-minded business owners, we gain access to a wealth of free help and advice and we also benefit from a virtually unlimited number of referrals.

Introduction The aims of the Referral Club are:
	To foster referrals between members To foster cooperation between members To foster closer business relationships between members To foster an atmosphere where members seek help and advice from one another To help all members get more business

The Set-up This Referral Club is not being set-up as an extension of anyone's business. It should be thought of as an informal get together, as no invoices, etc... will be issued. At each function we simply pay in our monies and these are then handed over to the venue owner to cover all costs associated with each function.	Membership Basis Only one business from each business category (core business activity) is allowed to join the Referral Club. All businesses must be approved for membership and there is no cost for membership other than commitment.
Meetings Breakfast meetings will generally be held the first Thursday and the third Thursday of each month.	Commitment Members are asked to commit to a minimum membership of twelve months and to attend all or as many breakfasts as possible.
Trust Basis As this is a referral club we all must learn to trust one another. This referral club works on a trust basis.
